Dear Readers, can you feel the excitement in the air? In case you haven’t seen it on the news media (and chances are good you won’t), #ExtinctionRebellion activists are busy rebelling this week. In 60 major cities in the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South America, Mexico, and the United States, people are gathering to shout, dance, sing, glue themselves to heavy objects, do performance art, and whatever else they can think of to tell global governments to STOP INVESTING IN AND SUPPORTING FOSSIL FUEL GIANTS. NOW. Our global house is on fire, and it is a CLIMATE EMERGENCY.
